To be used when a Club wishes not to receive a fixture on any date (or reschedule an existing fixture) due to school commitments preventing the Club from fulfilling a fixture,
For Teams from Under 16 down to Under 10 - a request without penalty for a free matchday from four dates based around school holidays.

Free Week Application Form
Clubs from Under 10 through to Under 16 can request a free week (although there is no obligation to do so) from one of the following dates: Sunday 30th October 2011, Sunday 18th December 2011, Sunday 12th February 2012 or Sunday 19th February 2012.
Clubs will be granted a free week (without penalty from the four dates mentioned above) when they advise the Fixture Secretary at least four weeks in advance of the date that they wish to keep free and relates to a SCWGFL League game only.
Unfulfilled Fixture Report Form
This form must be completed by the defaulting club on any fixture within SCWGFL competitions.
Sussex County Women and Girls Football League Unfulfilled Fixtures Report Form - League Rule 10(F)
Any Club unable to fulfil a fixture must, without delay, give notice to the:
Competition Referees Secretary (where there is a League appointed Referee to the game),
Fixture Secretary
Secretary and/or Fixtures Secretary of the opposing Club,
The Referee and/or other League appointed match officials.
(Any Club failing to comply with any part of this rule shall be dealt with by the Management Committee who may inflict a fine or any other penalty it may deem suitable).
In addition, the defaulting Club must submit details through the online form below within seven days of the date of the fixture and click the submit button. Failure to complete the online form within the specified timescales will result in a fine.
